Fitness Overseas – Riga / Fuerteventura / Ibiza

 

If you fancy some winter sun and a great fitness break this November I’ll be back in Playitas, Fuerteventura

from 26th to 2nd December

presenting on the international Fitness week and then next January a brand new retreat near RIGA in Latvia – which will be amazing – very excited about this as I’be never been to Latvia and the resort looks fantastic 🙂 Organised by the YogaFit Retreats Team I’ll be teaching the Level 3 Pilates course plus new holistic classes and talks.
