I am just sorting out music for Fitness Pilates presentations and was going through

my mixes and scrolling FB, as you do, and I noticed on

a few of the Instructors Groups

people commenting about wanting class music ideas.

from PE is really nice and chilled.

Great if are attracting lots of beginners

and you need to teach and coach a lot more.

Your class will be able to focus on your instructions.

Now this one is full of vocals and pop songs.

It has a nice flow and I designed it for your

more competent classes who enjoy
