General level Fitness Pilates continues to be super successful and you can now add on an online/digital element to serve your clients on a deeper level.
Are you interested in providing classes and programmes for Pre & Post, Parent & Baby together classes?
***What about teaching FP to Kids?
I ran a really successful FP Programme in 10 local primary schools for Under 5s. There is a huge untapped market for this.
Are you interested in providing an FP class for Teens? This could be at school, community groups, local leisure centres, health clubs, YMCA. You could hire space and create your own brand and style.
The demand for specialist FP for Seniors/Older Adults class is HUGE and just keeps on growing. It could be specialist seated classes or Gentle Fitness Pilates For Seniors, again lots of options here.

The demand for high-quality Parent and Baby Fitness Pilates and Pre & Post Natal is growing nationwide as in many areas there are no classes available of this nature.
We are seeing an increase in the amount of FP teachers who are adding these certifications onto their training and creating successful brands and programmes that fits into their personal lifestyles.
Developing a particular niche, something you are interested in and highly passionate about is key for building a successful and sustainable business.
It’s wonderful to see FP Teachers developing their brands locally and I find it so inspiring.
Whether you teach general FP, Pre and Post, Parent & Baby, Older Adults, Buggy Beat or Kids FP becoming known as a specialist in your area is a great way to build brand equity and create your TRIBE of like-minded individuals all coming together for a fabulous live experience.
