    Micro Niching

I have talked loads about “micro niching” and offering FP classes for various demographics  – offering classes that the big box gyms and leisure centres don’t offer, results in a thriving community business.

Men Only FP is FLYING – I do think its down to more men doing Yoga and men with bad backs and postural problems looking for alternative way to address it.

FP Parent and Tots is THRIVING. Busy classes reported every week.

Pregnancy FP – is another specialist class that is growing in popularity and of course FP for kids which I am working on some new online workshops this week.

It really is exciting times for FP as the whole programme grows.

    Fitness Pilates Foot and Ankle

I have been teaching the importance of foot and ankle work in FP for many years and using the tennis ball to stimulate and mobolise  the foot. Once you unlock the foot in the warm up yu see amazing transformations in the way your clients perform exercises and move. It’s such an overlooked key component of an exercise session.

Here is a mini workshop and overview – I get my tennis balls from amazon and buy in bulk at 12p a ball. They do the job just fine. WATCH IT HERE

    Have a great day!

    Love Rachel x
