Fitness Pilates training is now officially recognised and endorsed by CIMSPA.

“After 15 years Fitness Pilates is officially endorsed by CIMSPA; opening doors and providing increased opportunity for Fitness Professionals to further their training.” Rachel Holmes (Fitness Professional and programme creator of 30 years) reveals.

Launched in 2011, CIMSPA is the professional development body for the UK’s sport and physical activity sector.

CIMSPA provides leadership, support and empowerment for professionals working in sport and physical activity and a single unified voice for the sector.

The Institute holds two long term strategic priorities: to provide opportunities for young leaders to develop and succeed and to provide leadership on the development and management of career pathways.

After 15 years of persistence Rachel Holmes creation Fitness Pilates has officially been endorsed by CIMSPA. Rachel Holmes and her team have trained 1000’s of coaches who are all teaching and coaching people around the country in the healing and relaxing workout.

If you want to obtain your Fitness Pilates Qualification you can get 50% Funded by Sport England. This is a fantastic initiative to get more people taking part in Fitness Pilates and to make training even more affordable and accessible.
