HiLO Old Skool Aerobics Choreography

I teach HiLo Aerobics every single week STILL at Virgin Active In Nottingham and I love to share the choreography and the love.

The class is always busy with new people of all ages coming every week.

I film the class every week and endeavor to create a new a new routine or at least a variation of the week before.
