NEW HiLO Retro Choreography Ideas from Rachel Holmes January 2019

I film the final choreography of my HiLo and Step classes every week and here is the first aerobics class of 2019 We Are BACK Retro Fit HiLo I kept the first combination basic grapevines, walks, side lunges then on combo 2 adding a weave move with a turning chasse after practice every got it.

Great to see every one back in 2019. THANKS to my fab classes I didn’t get chance to chat to everyone as it was so busy.
