    Today lets get creative.

    Keep it fresh & mix it up so your tribe
    doesn’t  get too used to what you did in
    January.

    If you are teaching HIIT Today try

    some new timings
    & intervals.

    It’s so essential to keep pushing the fitness
    boundaries.

    Even if the new bits you implement
    take a bit of getting used & not everyone is happy
    with the changes right away
    it’s worth it.

    You clients will appreciate that you are constantly
    moving forward.

    I have just choreographed a new Step class
    & I’m doing a new Accumulator Hiit Workout
    with a load of new exercises.

    It’s really inspired me this morning
    so I hope that
    encourages
    you to ring some changes this week.
