Our Luxury Retreat day at Champneys Springs has been incredible!
We have had fabulous group women on international women’s day and have presented Fitness Pilates, Flex, Mobility and Barre sessions. Gym sessions, Aqua plus how to optimise your nutrition.
The food at Champneys was phenomenal, we had our own private dining area for breakfast and lunch and our classes and presentations all took part in the newly refurbished, studios and spas.
