  • My top tips for thriving in LOCKDOWN 3:0

    Are you feeling a lack of motivation in this lockdown?

    It is easy to feel a little less energy and motivation in the wintery months never mind adding on top the added stress of being confined into our homes/ home schooling. But let’s FLIP this to a positive… when have you ever had this much time at home before? 

    My top tips for thriving in LOCKDOWN 3:0…

    1: Focus on that hobby/task (that you can do in the house or garden) that you always wanted to do but didn’t have the time- painting? Clearing out cupboards? An online training course? Check out www.choreographytogo.com for instructor courses.

    2: Use meditation to calm the mind- just 5 minutes a day CLICK HERE to try a meditation

    3: Read a new book- reading is a great way to pass the time plus you may learn something along the way.

    4: Make sure you get your 10,000 steps- take a walk a day in the fresh air to awaken your mind and release endorphins.

    6: Eat right- eat hearty meals full of goodness, lots of veg and protein. Enjoy cooking new recipes.
