3: Read a new book- reading is a great way to pass the time plus you may learn something along the way.
4: Make sure you get your 10,000 steps- take a walk a day in the fresh air to awaken your mind and release endorphins.

6: Eat right- eat hearty meals full of goodness, lots of veg and protein. Enjoy cooking new recipes.
