    NEW SPRING WORKSHOPS TO ELEVATE YOUR CLASSES

    This Spring, two brand new workshops have been added to help you refresh your timetable, elevate your teaching and bring new energy into your sessions. Inspired by recent presentations at the International Fitness Showcase, these workshops are designed to give you practical ideas, creative programming and modern class formats that you can implement immediately.

    Whether you are looking to update your current classes or introduce something completely new, these sessions will give you the tools, structure and confidence to stand out.


    Core Fusion Workshop

    The Core Fusion Workshop is a dynamic, music-led session that received outstanding feedback when it was presented at IFS.

    This workshop is built around choreographed core sequences using the latest Pure Energy Covers music, allowing you to create a seamless flow from one exercise to the next. The format blends standing core work, fluid transitions and floor-based sequences to create a complete and engaging class experience.

    During the workshop, you will learn how to build flowing, multi-plane core sequences that feel both natural and challenging. You will explore how to structure a full Core Fusion class, using creative, low-impact transitions that keep your clients moving continuously while maintaining control and technique.

    There is a strong focus on inclusivity, with clear progressions and regressions so you can confidently teach mixed-ability groups. The result is a class that feels modern, effective and highly engaging, while still being accessible to a wide range of clients.

    Mobility Moves with the Yoga Strap

    The second workshop, Mobility Moves with the Yoga Strap, is a highly requested concept that also proved extremely popular at IFS.

    This session focuses on improving mobility, strength and overall movement quality using a simple piece of equipment: a yoga strap, or alternatively a towel. The simplicity of the equipment makes this class format incredibly versatile and easy to deliver in a wide range of settings.

    You will learn how to create effective multi-plane movement sequences that enhance flexibility, joint health and muscular control. The workshop also covers how to structure a full 60-minute class, ensuring a logical flow from warm-up through to mobility development and release work.

    Adaptability is a key component of this session, with options provided for all levels, allowing you to confidently support beginners through to more advanced participants.

    This is a practical and highly transferable class concept that can be easily integrated into your existing timetable or offered as a standalone session.
