I bring 30 years of fitness business knowledge into the room and am one of the UK’s leading Health and Fitness Presenters and owner of Kick Start a Wellness Franchise, Fitness Pilates, The Brainfit Workout and have created Group Exercise programmes for Virgin Active and Fitness First.

Yvonne has been a journalist for more than 25 years at local and national level and was nominated for an IRN Award.
