This morning was my first live class outdoors in a YEAR… wow I can’t believe it… it was SO good to actually teach face to face at the beautiful Full Power Fitness in Heanor, thanks so much for having me!
The sun was shining and we felt like it was summer for our Back to basics HIIT class using Pure Energy music beats.
