I have just returned from an amazing trip to California for the SCW Mania Expo ,San Francisco and Florida, where I was presenting at the weekend.
MANIA® is a US Fitness Pro convention aiming to inspire, educate and get fitpros recharged; in the 3 day convention up to 17 sessions run every hour including the likes of: Group Exercise, Personal Training, HIIT programming, Cycle, Aqua, Yoga, Barre, Pilates, Active Aging, Sports Nutrition, Leadership/Business and every topic imaginable!
