    BUT……..

    It’s an exciting time for us fitness
    teacher types…

    You can smell that September
    vibe in the air….

    The crispy mornings are creeping back..

    Everyone I see or talk to says

    “ I can’t wait until the kids are back
    I’m so on it…….”

    How many folks have hit you up
    with that sentence over the last
    7 days???

    A lot…. I bet…

    So, are YOU Ready to hit the ground running
    this September?

    It’s SO not to late to make a plan,
    flex those ideas muscles
    and implement those radical projects you always wanted to create.

    If you have been side tracked by holidays,
    Kids, SUGAR, life in general…..

    then

    Grab your ideas note book today
    & start retraining your ideas muscle

    Make a daily ritual now to
    write down 10 ideas…

    They don’t have to be good.
    You don’t have to act upon all of them.
    Just get into the habit
    or finding your passion, getting creative
    & working out what you really want to
    do & pursue.

    You will dismiss loads of them.

    But hidden amongst your daily
    lists will be some GEMS.

    THEN, you can make a plan
    & by Christmas have those GEMS
    up & running.

    Training your mental  idea muscle
    is just like training your legs
    or running a 10k.

    You have to do it regularly.

    Daily.

    Crack on today & make it a daily ritual.

    Sit quietly for 15 minutes and really focus
    on your passion & your ideas.
