Client Spotlight: Anna Weller of Pilates TLC
It is time to shine a spotlight on some of our amazing Choreography To Go course graduates who are taking their training, experience and passion and building incredible Pilates and Reformer businesses in their own communities.
Today, I am so proud to feature one of our wonderful graduates, Anna Weller of Pilates TLC.
Anna runs a beautiful home Pilates studio in Barnstaple, Devon, where she provides a highly bespoke, personalised and supportive service for her local clients.
This is exactly the kind of specialist, โcream of the cropโ service that so many clients are now looking for: small group or one-to-one support, expert teaching, individual attention and a warm, welcoming environment.

From Corporate HR to Pilates Studio Owner
Anna has made a huge career transition, leaving behind a corporate HR career to follow her passion for health, movement and wellbeing.
She has gone on to build a thriving home studio and community-based Pilates business rooted in real connection, care and community.
Annaโs journey is such a brilliant example of what is possible when you combine passion, education, consistency and a genuine desire to help people feel better.
Annaโs Training Journey
Anna has completed lots of Fitness Pilates training with us over the years, including Fitness Pilates Reformer and Level 3 Pilates Matwork.
Earlier this year, she decided to add her Level 3 Reformer qualification, continuing to invest in her education and expand the services she can offer her clients.
Anna is also a nutrition and menopause coach, which means she brings a truly holistic approach to her work with women.
Her knowledge spans Pilates, Reformer, functional movement, nutrition, menopause support and long-term wellbeing, making her studio a very special place for clients who want expert guidance and personalised support.
Supporting Women Through Perimenopause and Beyond
Anna specialises in functional movement and supporting women through perimenopause and beyond.
This work is so important.
Women need safe, intelligent, strength-building, mobility-enhancing movement that helps them feel confident, capable and supported through every stage of life.
Annaโs work helps women feel better from the inside out, improving strength, posture, mobility, confidence and overall wellbeing.
Sheโs Also an Author
As if that was not enough, Anna is also a published author.
She has taken her knowledge, experience and passion and created something that can support even more people beyond the studio.
This is such a powerful example of how fitness professionals can grow in multiple directions: teaching, coaching, writing, educating and creating meaningful impact.
