Irene passed after only 2-3 months of training for her Level 3 Pilates Qualification and started to run classes for mainly Third age clients as it was the perfect low impact workout.
After 2 years her daughter Holly works with her and has trained in Fitness Pilates with us. Â They now run around 40 classes a week including private clients!
