  • Aerobic Choreography Using No Limits

    🕺 Overall Concept

    This video is a 90s-style aerobics choreography session aimed at group fitness (Group X) instructors. The focus is on simple, layered combinations that can be used for warm-ups or scaled into full routines.

    🔥 Warm-Up Combo 1 (Progressive Build)

    Starts basic, then layers complexity:

    • Walk forward → walk back
    • Add lunges (right & left)
    • Add march + step touch
    • Progress to single-single-double (leg change)
    • Finish with curls (hamstring curls)

    Key idea: Start simple to get participants comfortable, then gradually increase coordination and intensity.

    💃 Warm-Up Combo 2 (Upper + Lateral Movement)

    Adds more variety and rhythm:

    • 4 reaches upward
    • Cross-body reaches
    • Grapevine right + curl
    • Grapevine left + curl
    • Add single-single-double curl

    Key idea: Introduces rotation and lateral movement, keeping it dynamic but still beginner-friendly.

    🔁 Combo 3 (Optional Add-On)

    A slightly more advanced sequence:

    • Box step
    • Back cross step
    • Single-single knee
    • 3 repeaters
    • Lock step

    Key idea: Adds a bit of coordination challenge while staying in the retro aerobics style.

    • Keep combos short and repeatable
    • Use layering instead of complex choreography upfront
    • Offer low- and high-impact options (e.g., walk vs skip)
    • Combine moves into a full warm-up flow
