The reformer course took place in a converted mill, offering a unique and inspiring environment for learning and teaching. The studio space provided the perfect backdrop for a focused, professional and energising day.
From the moment the course began, there was a strong sense of enthusiasm and commitment from every instructor in the room.
This was a fully booked course, bringing together fitness professionals ready to expand their skills and add Reformer training to their offering.

Our sculpt workshop was held online on Thursday with Rachel and Kelly including 6 sections of body conditioning- watch the replay here this was a massive success with a huge turn out thank you all!
